First release-candidate for 0.16.4 -- please test!

Hi,

Linux kernel 2.6.24 is out and em8300 0.16.3 does not support this new
kernel. Hence, I just packed the first release candidate for 0.16.4. As
usual you can get it from
  http://dxr3.sourceforge.net/download/em8300-0.16.4-rc1.tar.gz

All comments are welcome. Please give it a try and report.

Note that I know I haven'r applied Christian's latest patches, but I
lack time and don't think that those warnings are important enough to
delay the release of 0.16.4.

Compiled fine on 2.4.36, and seems like working well.
