Okay, I cannot get this program to accept any pictures. And now when I
try to uninstall it I get a message saying "I don't have permission"
And I am the F'ing Admin on my PC!   Any ideas on how to get rid of
this thing?

Fortunately, GIMP isn't a very invasive program.  If you can't
uninstall the regular way, go ahead and delete its directory.  If your
comfortable working in the Registry, do a keyword search on "GIMP" and
delete the few references that pop up.

There is no such message in the uninstaller. If you expect to receive any
help, retype the exact message you get.

I know you've asked how to "get rid of" the GIMP. But if you'd prefer to
have it work, how about you tell us:

What exactly do you mean by "cannot get this program to accept any
pictures"?
What are the names of some pictures you are trying to open?
How are you trying to open them?
Did the GIMP seem to install?
Does the GIMP run at all for you?
Where did you download it from (exact file name and Web site)?
What version of Windows are you running?
How are you trying to uninstall it?
