Fast Ruby debugger problem in 6.1

There were already few dupes, so also announcing it here to prevent
possible time wasting of more NetBeans Ruby (debugger) users.

There is a known ugly bug in NB 6.1 final wrt. debugger:

Unfortunately revealed after 6.1. It's fixed in trunk and will be
available through the 6.1 AU center with next patch release.

The workaround is easy if you hit it:

   gem uninstall ruby-debug-base -v 0.10.1

Cool.  Hope the patch also fixes the problem with debugging rspec stories.  I'll log an issue if it doesn't..
