Farcry 3.0 Install Admin menu throws CF debugging

I have installed and removed farcry 2 times.  THe database and the
settings and security are set OK.  But when I open http://localhost/farcry
Then I get 1/2 of the web page and then I get the debug code from
Coldfusion.   I have tied to run the qery bit it is OK.
I chave server 2003 with all patches, and cold fusion  MX 7.x.

Has anyone encountedred this problem.
