this occurs rarely and is always significant by a :
(bad attachment 'Content-Type: ...
my attachment blocking policy for all levels is :
mp[34]|3gp|mpg|mpeg|mov|avi|asf|wav|wm[afv]|aif|ogg|pp[ts]
i have reported about this for some builds back but this is still there. FYI
