Shay Banon (creator of Compass and Lucene expert) has agreed to start
looking into building a module for everyone (in open source, of
course)...
1. Shay is going to look into getting Lucene 2.2 support for Terracotta
2. Shay might build a custom Lucene directory for Terracotta instead
of just clustering the RAMDirectory (this will likely need access to
Terracotta SPIs)
3. Shay wants Compass to be able to download TC automatically. This
will work via maven + Terracotta Integration Modules and perhaps the
TCForge as well.
4. Shay needs help thinking about and implementing a ChangeListener
for Compass. One of Compass's big value adds is that it can update
the index automatically and at a fine grained level as objects
change. But to make this happen, Shay needs a callback
OnObjectChangeEvent (or some such thing).
