Extragear Tarballs for KDE 4.0.4

.. will be created by me on May 1st in the afternoon. Please update your versions numbers and update the scripts configuration file! The tarballs will be released on May 8th together with the rest of KDE 4.0.4.

Thanks for this service!

After ksaneplugin has been it's two weeks in kdereview I plan to move it and
libksane to kdegraphics. The moving would be 4th April I hope it doesn't
interfere with this release :)
