External enclosure for SATA drives (JBOD)

I'm looking for recommendations for an external enclosure w/power  
supply for 4 or more hot swap SATA (3.0g) drives.  I'm currently using  
an old Dell PowerEdge server with a Promise SATA300 TX4 RT controller  
and 2 SATA drives.  Price should be under $300.
