Ext 2.2

Hello

I started playing with Ext 2.2 in MapFish. I created a MapFish sandbox
for this: MapFishExt22, it's located in the camptocamp directory.

The unit tests pass. The examples work, except one:

print/simple.html
- the multipage grid doesn't appear on FF3 when opening the multipage
section for the first time, it works on FF2 and IE7

I still need to check the demos, but this is looking pretty good!

It's WebKit based, so you get the same rendering as Safari. Except for
the font rendering: Chrome is using GDI APIs so they look more like
other Windows applications.
