Export and Firefox

Hello,

I'm trying to export content from Docbase using Web Publisher 5.2.5.
It works fine with Internet Explorer but it does not work using Firefox.
I've found nothing related to Firefox parameterization regarding this
issue.

any idea?

I don't think that Firefox is a supported browser by Documentum.

I am always greeted by the unsupported browser warning message, when using
any of the Documentum's tools such as DA, webtop with firefox. I don't think
WP should be an exception as it is also based on the WDK.

Having said that and me being a Linux user, I tend to use Firefox and most
of the time, things just work fine, but sometimes I do land into problems
with firefox. It is at those times, when the Windows VMWare image comes
handy.

I assume you must be using latest Firfox engine e.g.  2.x or 3.x...if
you have 1.5 or more its supported on 5.2.5 environment check release
notes

You must check the JRE version that you have got in IE and what version you
have got in firefox. Is it the same?
