Error when removing TAO gaps?

Hi, I've been an EAC user for a couple of years, without ever taking
the trouble to become an expert - now I've got a problem!

I've got a couple of discs which have two-second gaps, and I'm trying
to use EAC's 'Remove Gaps from TAO images' function. I've used it
before no problem, but now I'm getting an error.

I used EAC to create an image as usual, but when trying to remove the
gaps I get:

Error in CUE sheet!
File type is not supported in line 5

The CUE sheet starts off

REM DISCID 37098006
REM COMMENT "ExactAudioCopy v0.95b4"
PERFORMER "Unknown Artist"
TITLE "Unknown Title"
FILE "Unknown Artist - Unknown Title.wav" WAVE
  TRACK 01 AUDIO
    TITLE "Track01"
    PERFORMER "Unknown Artist"
    FLAGS DCP
    INDEX 01 00:00:00

Any suggestions?

I've seen a lot of discs lately where the 2-second gap is in reality two
seconds of silence appended (or prepended) to the actual track.  I guess
you'd have to remove those yourself in an audio editor if that's the
case in your situation.

It oughtto mean that there's an error in line 5
wrong title (Unknown Artist - Unknown Title) ?
or pehaps wrong extension (.wav) ?
