Error 1004

I'm trying out the Add-Ins, and am getting constantly an Error 1004 "ClearOutline Method of Range Class failed". Tried to exit and open up again, but seems that I get this message all the time. Any ideas?

This is probably caused by your Excel is not a full installation which means it does not have all the VBA libraries to run Add-ins. If you can get a hold the installation CD, you can try reinstall Office and choose the "typical" installation. If not, go to Start->Control Panel->Add Remove Programs->Office, there should a "repair" option (you may need to click the "show support info" link), try repair.

Most Excel should have all the libraries to allow Add-ins to run, but I know some custom installation does not have it, and sometimes it could be that the module gets corrupted over the time. A reinstall or repair is to fix that. If it does not work for you in trial, uninstall it.

I've been getting the same error ever since upgrading to Excel 2007. I even reformated my computer, reinstalled 2007 and then reinstalled DigDB. No luck.

I've noticed 3 posts on this forum for this problem with no replies. It's frustrating to pay for something and have no way of getting support. We're told to post in the forums, but if no one replies, what's the point.
