Epson Stylus Photo R1900

I've added nominal support for the R1900.  I have not enabled red and
orange inks yet; I haven't started tuning yet.

I don't quite understand why Epson added an orange ink in addition to
a red ink; I'd have thought a blue ink (a true blue ink, not the
purple ink in the R800/R1800) or green would have been more useful.
My guess is that it's for skin tones.  Anyway, this printer will take
a bit longer to tune than most because of the extra inks.

I'm hoping to release the next beta (probably release candidate) in a
few weeks or thereabouts.

There's a chance, but no promises -- there are a lot of different
distributions and it's not practical to try to synchronize.
