We currently use Hubbard’s Elementary Algebra:
Discovery and Visualization and have been told that it is not going
to be revised. We are searching for a book with a similar approach; one
that integrates that TI-83, 84 substantially – not as an optional piece.
Is anyone aware of a textbook for elementary algebra I and II that integrates
the graphing technology heavily alongside an algebraic approach, i.e. solving
equations both graphically and algebraically or using the graph and table
feature to evaluate algebraic expressions or using a graphing approach to solve
linear inequalities?
