Ekiga won't workI have four friends that have installed Ekiga on Microsoft Windows
because I asked them to so we can talk. They are all asking if Linux is so great why won't Ekiga run in it. I need to get registered but am having no luck at all. Will someone in the know give me a hand here. Doug _______________________________________________ ekiga-list mailing list ekiga-list@... http://mail.gnome.org/mailman/listinfo/ekiga-list |

Re: Ekiga won't workManolo, I am aware of ths but these guys I have talked into installing
ekiga are not they are all running windows. They are teasing me because I barg to them on how great Linux is. The truth is I am going to have to bite the bullet and give up on ekiga if I can't get it running. So far I am not getting any help with my problem. Why should people give up their time to help you when you don't seem to be making any effort to help yourself? Re: Ekiga won't workI don't know what else to post on this list I gave the type of computer
and, the operating system. I have registered several times , I took Ekiga out of my system twice and reinstalled it. I have posted all of this in previouse posts. I am not trying to give anybody a hard time but I am getting frustrated. All I would like to have is a few suggestions on what I might try next. I have read all the help I can find on the subject. Maybe someone could ask me some questions because I don't have the right ones I guess, or maybe someone has some answers. What I am trying to do is to register to ekiga or stun My Ekiga stays on standby and reads (registered accounts 0. I have tried register in accounts but I get registration failed. I will guarantee that if anyone on this list needed help and I thought I could help I would do all I could. We don't even know which SIP registrar you are using. Have you skimmed the wiki and the archives for this list? You would probably find a solution or if not some idea of what information to provide. I agree that the wiki is not well flagged: http://wiki.ekiga.org/. One archive is http://mail.gnome.org/archives/ekiga-list/ ael _______________________________________________ ekiga-list mailing list ekiga-list@... http://mail.gnome.org/mailman/listinfo/ekiga-list |
