Edit End Entity ProfilesHello list,
This is the first time I'm posting to the list. First of all, I want to thank the developers for making a quality software that is very useful for security purposes. Thank you! Now, on to the question. When I edit Access Rule of a administrator group, I have a problem using Basic Mode. I want to set the role to RA Administrator but I want the admins to be able to edit end entity profile. So I set "Edit End Entity Profiles" to "All", but it doesn't work. The admin can't create profiles and end entities with profiles either. -Felipe ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Sponsored by: SourceForge.net Community Choice Awards: VOTE NOW! Re: Edit End Entity ProfilesHi Felipe, which version of EJBCA are you using? When I go into the access rules, The "end entity list" is completely empty actually. You can always go into "advanced mode" and add the "edit end entity profile" rule. Then the RA admin can edit the end entity profiles. Re: Edit End Entity ProfilesI'm using the latest stable release, 3.6.1. I'm aware that you can do
this with the Advanced Mode, I was using it like that. I was just asking to make sure that I wasn't doing something wrong about Basic Mode. I think Basic Mode is useful for regular users (i.e. not advanced) and we are trying deploy EJBCA to a larger user base (currently it's only on IT dep.). Re: Yanıt: Re: Edit End Entity ProfilesHi Alparslan,
Is this the same issue as https://jira.primekey.se/browse/ECA-496 ? I've been trying to recreate it, but couldn't.. =/ If so, can you list the required steps to recreate it?
