Eclipse Ganymede manual rsync requested.

Hi Mirror Masters,

  As of right now the final bits for the Eclipse Ganymede release have
been uploaded to Eclipse.org.  We're asking all mirrors to do a manual
sync to make sure everyone has the release in time for tomorrow.
