The main thing it includes is NSRP support, so you usually need it when going to run a HA cluster. Increased sessions to 16,000 running 6.1 code 2. Increased VLAN's to 50 3. Increased VPN tunnels to 40 4. HA support to run Clustered firewalls (using NSRP and VRRP in 6.1 code). I hope that helps!
