EV in San Jose?

Hi all,
I just saw for the second time an EV that I don't recognize. It went down Market St in San Jose about 12:15 today (7/23). The first time was a few weeks ago at the San Jose Caltrain station. It's yellow and about the shape of a VW bug except narrower. It looked like it had "IT" on the hood. I know this isn't much to go on but does anyone know what this might have been?

thanks
Steve

Steve,

I don't know who owns it, but it is likely a Dynasty IT sedan.

Interesting - I hadn't visited their site before, but expecting 30mi
range under optimal circumstances with an LSV seems much more
realistic than folks like ZAP might claim. Plus they are not talking
about freeway use, which would not be legal with this class of car (do
they do *any* crash testing, at least something to prove structural
integrity?) If there were much of a market for a 30 mi LSV, why aren't
there more conversion out there? Cost less, go farther and faster...
