Sorry for sending this off topic message here but I didn't know where it
should be sent.  I'd appreciate, if anyone knows, if someone could let me
know the correct place.

I was attempting to install ESpec and a dialog appeared with this message:

"

Unable to execute file:

\studio\slpec\windows\bin\ec.exe

CreateProcess failed: code 3.

The system cannot find the path specified.

"

I did not make any changes to the default setup.

Regards

Chris Saunders

Hi,

ESpec 1.7.4 assumes that you already have installed EiffelStuio 6.2. The following error is due to the fact that setup could not find a trace of EiffelStudio 6.2. Uninstall ESpec, install Eiffelstudio 6.2 and then try again.

For ESpec questions you could directly contact sel@....

Regards,
Faraz
