ERROR: You may not change variable definitions of intrinsic classes ( in String.sc )

Hi,
upon updating to the latest svn i got this error when starting sclang in emacs:

ERROR: You may not change variable definitions of intrinsic classes.
   in file '/usr/share/SuperCollider/SCClassLibrary/Common/Collections/String.sc'
   line 2 char 6:
  String\245[char] : RawArray {

checking the archives I see one post where the solution is compiling
the language app (in OSX). Im on Linux and I compiled with scons
PREFIX=/usr/local X11=yes SCEL=yes LID=yes DEVELOPMENT=1 . Hm.

oops! seems I used PREFIX=/usr/share on my previous build, and I
forgot to update my .sclang.cfg file. fixed.

I cannot reproduce this error.
Please try compiling the library without any extensions (quarks, etc...).
