Hmm, is there an EF adapter available? And how much lens tissue does
it take to clean the front element!

And wouldn't that be "fun" (?) to carry around in the field... does it come with an extra human to
schlep it for you? Or a silent-running gear bag on wheels... so you don't HAVE to carry it? My 400
2.8 is heavy enough already!

"Silent-running gear bag on wheels"? I guess I found a new purpose for my
Segway. Some people use it for carrying their golf bags around but I think
it would be perfect for a big camera backpack, too.
