EJBCA 3.5.6 and 3.6.1 released

We are pleased to make a double-release today.
This is done to take everything up to the same source level.
With a little luck this will be the last release in the 3.5.x series :-)

There are some notable changes in these releases, all issues in 3.5.6 is
off-course also in 3.6.1.

- There is a new activation page in the admin-GUI for effective
activation of multiple CAs.
- You can now also exclude (test) CAs from being monitored by the
HealthCheckServlet.
- Lots of small improvements to CRL generation using the CRL worker,
especially noticeable when running with very large databases.
- Some WS and other fixes related to hard token issuing, mainly affect
users Hard Token Management Framework (hardtokenmgmt.org).
- Hiding of entered passwords using nCipherHSM.sh.
- Some other minor bugs fixed.

not calculated correctly
     * [ECA-744] - Wrong DN was used in non-admin generate spacecard pages.
     * [ECA-751] - DemoCertReqServlet gets reference to old template file
     * [ECA-753] - CMP only working with DEBUG log enabled
     * [ECA-755] - Listing log entries does not show the latest when
limiting on too many rows
     * [ECA-763] - Listing end entities query displays wrong values
     * [ECA-764] - Under some circumstances two CRLs with the same
CRLNumber is stored in the db
     * [ECA-772] - External OCSP publisher does not work on oracle DB
     * [ECA-777] - External OCSP health check not working
