This years best christmas present?
This is a minor release with some improvement, most notably for LDAP.

This is a plug-in upgrade from 3.3.x. See UPGRADE for the simple
instructions.

* [ECA-347] - Sun One Directory Server doesn't understand the gn
attribute, it wait for givenName
* [ECA-370] - CRLs are generated with default DN encoding, not the same
as issuer in ca certificate
* [ECA-373] - Typo in ejbca.properties.sample
Improvement
* [ECA-376] - Include serialNumber LDAP attribute if selected in DN
* [ECA-383] - Option to remove entity in LDAP when cert revoked
In the mean time the development of EJBCA 3.4 is progressing, aiming for
a release in january, or latest february.
