Docuwiki mark up in Task comments

I thought I check this on installation and set up but I don't see any
options of GUI controls etc from doing docuwiki mark up inside task
comments. Mostly users will just want to post clickable URL's to both
external web pages as well as our documentation wiki.

in the flysprayconf file I see some params and values for this but
they are empty or "off"

what did I do wrong?

OK great, I did it and it works. The GUI controls for mark up appear
above comments now that I set that in the config file.

Question:  What does this mean?

doku_url = "http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/"      ; URL to your external
wiki for [[dokulinks]] in FS

Does it mean that if we have our wiki here:

http://wiki.hindu.org/wiki/  that we only need to enter

[[someWikiPage]] here? and it will automatically go to:

http://wiki.hindu.org/wiki/someWikiPage...

OT: We use PMwiki now, but the admin overhead and complexity needed
for customizations is way more than needed and I may just change over
to Dokuwiki, which seems to have ACL right on board (PMwiki's out of
the box access controls are quite weak, there's not GUI for managing
it all efficiently.)
