Display of grass raster from "Add a raster layer" tab

Selecting the "Add a raster layer" tab the format
"GRASS, AIG and all other files (*)" is listed. For
the case of grass raster files, which file has to be
actually selected? The one under /cell ?
What's the difference between this option
and the display of raster layers in the grass plugin?

The one under /cellhd.
