Disable building of gnome-cd?

It sounds like upstream will disable building of gnome-cd and cddb-slave
by default, and in fact, several distributions are already doing this:

As we already ship applications better suited for cd playback
(Sound-Juicer, Rhythmbox), would anyone object if we did the same?

Besides less clutter in the menu and some saved disk/package space it
would also point users in the direction of alternatives more actively
supported upstream.
