Development still ongoing

Is development still ongoing for this project.   It would be great if the integration of Woodstock and Portlets worked a little better.  The basic components work but the more advanced features have some issues.   In a perfect world if these two things worked together, it would provide an excellent platform for rapid development of feature rich sites.
