Anyone knows if the steps in
http://wiki.apache.org/jackrabbit/JackrabbitOnJBoss are related to Deploy
Model 1, 2 or 3?

The use of JCA implies model 2.

The addition of remote repository access via RMI or WebDAV implies model 3.

Ok, so this JBoss related guide using RAR are for Model 2? There is any
guide for Model 1?

Model 1 is simply packaging jackrabbit with in your (web) application, see:
