Delete Key problemI'm sure this has been asked before. I'm having problems with my
delete key when editing sql in TOAD. When searching the web all suggestions say delete the plsqlkeys.bin file and the should be resolved. I don't have this file. Any suggestions? Thanks!!! |

RE: Delete Key problemWhat version of Toad are you on? What is your language set to in Windows and what keyboard layout are you using? What exactly are you experiencing with delete? Are you debugging in another tab? You can verify by looking for the toolbutton that looks like a white hand. If it is enabled then there is a debugger session running in that editor and everything is locked down.

RE: Delete Key problemVersion 8.6.1.0
I'm experiencing this problem in the SQL Editor. When I type in queries I can't use the delete keys and the arrow keys. I can get around it with my mouse and highlight and cut but proves to be very inefficient. I'm not using the debugger. Not sure I have that function available since I see it in the toolbar but it's not an available pull down. Language set ? Keyboard layout standard 101/102 key. Thanks for your help!!! From: toad@...
