Hi Mark,

yes. It was mine. I posted it weeks ago. And did NOT repost it. I  
don't know how it made it
in the list again. Maybe via the bug-database? The problem still  
persists and no one
has found a solution. We did a small survey amongst some studios and  
about 80 % use
firewire audio devices. So REV not dealing with firewire audio still  
is a blocker
for our proposed product. We are looking into writing an external or  
maybe even using
Supercard which seems to have no problem with it. Most customers are  
on Macs
anyway. REV is supposed to use QT for recording but even if the  
Quicktime Player has
no problems with recording from firewire devices, REV has... so some  
hook must be missing
or out-dated.
