Database stopped updating

Good morning,
I am using SQL Server 2005 and am working on my development environment.
Recently, for some reason, SQL Server is not updating tables from forms
or SQL Server Management Studio.
I have tried to run the SP and ran a straight update. Using SQL Server
Profiler, it shows that the stored proc is running using my web based
form and server management studio. When I am looking at the profiler, I
get the batchcommand starting and completed. But in the completed line,
I get 7 reads and no writes. I am really at a loss as to what is
happening here. My production environment (which is identical to my dev
environment) is working fine. Any insight would be much appreciated.

Thanks,

Bruce

OK, for some reason it started working again. Not sure what was going on really. Strange SQL Server.
