DataRequester is undefined

I have loaded the 3041 build on a shared server.
When I log into the Admin I get a JavaScript error on the Overview tab...

"DataRequester" is undefined.

What can I do to correct this?
Is it going to cause performance issues, or is it irrelevant to the tab and just a nuisance message that I can ignore?
