DWR and Spring Webflow

I'm fairly new to dwr and am just wondering if it is atall possible to make
dwr work with webflow.

I have one field on a form that is dependant on the value selected on the
field above it. I generate the select options using dwr.

My problem is that when a user navigates to the next page in the flow if
they decide to navigate back again the values created by dwr are not
retained

Any Ideas
