DVD-Audio with dvdauthor ?

Is it possible to create a DVD-Audio with dvdauthor with only an AC3  
audio file ?

dvdauthor has no support for DVD-Audio, and AC3 is not a valid codec for
DVD-Audio.  The Wikipedia article on DVD-Audio links to
<http://dvd-audio.sourceforge.net/> which may suit your needs.  I think
you would need to decode the audio to PCM.
