Could not find the CommonsConfiguration project on main page, so I place here.
The setDelimiterParsingDisabled(Boolean delimiterParsingDisabled) is not defined
in the Configuration interface. Since it's implemented by all classes, it would
be easier to use if it was defined in the interface.
