This patch provides an additional function which sets the page device dictionary
of postcript printer - minimising calls to setpagedevice command which can cause
underlying initgraphics calls (which in turn creates blank pages on some printers).

Actually this patch should initially go into the FOP code base before being
later propagated to xmlgraphics.  Please ignore this post - sorry for any
confusion caused.
