Contributors update

Hi,

I've made a few updates to the contributors section of the website: http://getahead.org/dwr/development/contributor
I've updated "The Maintainer Contract" - the additions are up for discussion - please tell me what you think.

Of particular note is a new ICLA: http://getahead.org/dwr/development/icla

A number of us spent some time looking at ICLAs last year while the TIBCO deal was in the making. The process stalled because there was some thought that it might be better to work more closely with the Dojo Foundation, however, to cut a long story short, we think that Getahead can manage this now, and it will keep things simpler.

So I now have a CCLA signed by TIBCO, so I'm wanting to get CLAs organized more formally.

I have updated the ICLA that we batted around last year to reflect Andi's points about the difference between Getahead and Apache (I'm not a nonprofit) - I specified that contributions must be open source. I hope that clears that up. I also removed a sentence that talked about our "non-profit status", since we don't have any!

Is anyone else having trouble accessing cvs since the upgrade to java.net? I keep getting a connection refused message. Did I miss something or am I doing something wrong?
