Contribution: AJAX IM (Instant Messenger) module available for download to showcase the usage and power of scripting language support

To showcase the usage and power of scripting language support, I've
bundled the nice AJAX IM <http://www.ajaxim.com/> PHP based
"asynchronous javascript and xml instant messenger" as a module for
OpenCms 7.0.5 (net.sf.ocms.ajaxim).
