Nyquist includes a file misc/makefile.lsp that generates makefiles --
this is pretty clumsy and dates back to work on systems without
configure or other tools, so it was my cross-platform way of trying to
deal with incompatibilities. I suspect that if you use makefile.lsp to
make a makefile for linux that it will come pretty close to compiling
under MinGW. You might have to make a few adjustments, e.g. substituting
files from sys/win instead of sys/unix.
