Comet support in Tomcat?

I'm currently running a DWR application on Tomcat. Is it possible to use the new Comet support of Tomcat 6 with DWR?

Comet / Reverse Ajax works in all app-servers.

On 2.x, on a heavily loaded site, you could see benefits from using Jetty or Grizzly. I hope before 3.0 is done to finish the tweak to extend this to Tomcat.
