Colorer for MC (Midnight Commander)Hi all,
I'm in a progress of Colorer's integration into Midnight Commander. In case any of you are interested in this stuff or use this tool often, feel free to contact me and I'll share the prototype I have now. Mostly I'm interested in deeper testing and your suggestions about the features it should implement. Re: Colorer for MC (Midnight Commander)Ok, In case anyone wants to try this: http://cail.nm.ru/files/mc-colorer-linux-0.1.bz2 It contains special "mc" binary and regular libcolorer.so. You should have Colorer-take5-linux.beta4 installed or just unpacked somewere. libcolorer.so can be used as provided here or can be manually compiled and installed (make, make install). Basically installation (root rights) is not required, "mclr" script can be modified for paths and used to start mc without installation. However for MC to work fine, it should be already installed in /usr/ (not /usr/local). I know there is a number of bugs there, will try to fix them ;) Thanks, -- Igor On 4/10/06, Vincent GUIGNOT <Vincent.GUIGNOT@...> wrote: Hello, |
