This is true, at least for practical use of Nurbs surfaces with
Collada (never seen it). If possible, we should leave the door open
for future Nurbs support, but ignore them for the time being.
Nurbs splines might be used in practice... not sure how many apps support it.
I've mostly just used Collada with polygons, but splines would be super useful.
