I hope you are all well. The Click project has some recent good new
in being accepted into the Apache Incubator to become a Top Level
Apache project along site, Struts, Tapestry, Wicket etc.
As a part of this process all the Click contributors need to grant
their contribution to the Apache Software Foundation (ASF). This
agreement is called a Individual Contributor License Agreements
(ICLA).
"The purpose of this agreement is to clearly define the terms under
which intellectual property has been contributed to the ASF and
thereby allow us to defend the project should there be a legal dispute
regarding the software at some future time. A signed CLA is required
to be on file before an individual is given commit rights to an ASF
project."
