为了迎合某些疑神疑鬼的、总担心天会塌下来或者某组织要谋害他、或者担心老大哥监视的人准备的发行版诞生了——ParanoidLinux目前尚处于初级发展阶段，刚刚宣布了Alpha-Alpha版。这款操作系统专注于安全性和隐私保护，目的是解决两大利害切身的问题：第一个未解决的问题在世界上一些拥有审查制度的地区，一款操作系统将赋予用户匿名权利，从而可能保护他的生命。第二个未解决的问题是将一些存在于Linux和BSD系统，或软件库内的安全工具聚合在一个发行版内。在一个发行版内预装和预先配置各种安全隐私工具或许真是一个好主意，但现实生活中那些需要ParanoidLinux的人所面临的情况可能远远比开发者设想的复杂的多，这需要整个社区的努力。

那是因为他们没有盗版，呵呵，在中国找张几块钱的盘装上去就行了，但是美国他们要花费比预装操作系统更多的钱去单独买windows。

另外不应该拿市场经济的价值观来衡量linux，linux项目和gun项目的目的都不是卖钱，就是一个骇客组织，为了理想而奋斗。不包括
redhat，ubuntu这些商业的发行版，但是他们的工作是有限的。可能这也是linux的缺点，开发者不会单纯为了迎合用户而工作。

再易用的系统都要有熟悉的过程，不可能一下子就上手，就像手机一样，假如你从一开始就只用一款手机，现在要换最新的手机给你，也是不可能一下子就能熟悉的。
问题的关键早就已经不是易用性了，大部分国人的思想早就被微软绑得死死的，好像系统不是WINDOWS就不能用似的。
现在很多国家的政府都开始采用linux的平台了，欧洲、南美、印度，甚至是台湾的部分小学都开始用linux来进行教育了，而我们呢？国家早就发布了UDF文档的国家标准，但不管是政府还是企业，还是学校，都还在用微软的office。
大部分人在用一个操作系统的时候实际上的在用它上面的软件，Linux目前的易用性并不差，只是上面的软件大家都没用过，用微软也并不是因为它真的做的很好，只是大家习惯的软件大都只有windows版本而已。这个就要求我们去用linux，用户群大了，软件厂商才会愿意开发相应软件的linux版本。就算他们不开发，linux上也不是没有软件可用，linux上优秀的软件多了是，只是大家不熟悉，不了解。话也说回来，你不用linux，永远都不会熟悉linux上的东西，就算linux和它上面的自由软件做得再好，还是有人说它易用性不行。就像vim，如果说vim没有MS的记事本好用，那就是你的问题了。
我想一般人用windows已经很长时间了，大家回想一下一开始接触电脑到你熟悉windows，花了多长的时间。凭什么要求linux要做到让被微软束缚思想的你快速上手，而不用花时间和代价来熟悉它了解它。说得好像Linux要做得和windows一模一样你才用似的。
其实不是不容易上手，还是思想的问题。你觉得和微软类似，甚至是一样的东西才是快速上手的吗？
现在linux图形界面做的很好，中文化也很好，也是所见即所得。这样还不够易用？只是有些东西不一样，比如在windows下用户习惯把数据保存在C盘以外的分区上，而在linux下用户数据是保存在用户家目录的；windows下的用户（一般都是管理员权限）可以随便修改windows系统盘的东西，而linux下一般不用root用户登录，普通用户没有权限修改系统文件。。。这不是易用性的问题，这是*nix的优秀设计思想和MS的区别。如果你能接受这些，为何不尝试一下linux呢？

像Linux这样的自由软件，没有收用户一分钱，你又没用过，你又不了解它，凭什么说它这个不好那个不好的。如果你说的哪方面是真的linux做不好的，你提的建议真的有价值，你到邮件列表或者开发者网站去提，我想开发者们一定会接受你的。

前两天我在给我的Google Reader找新的新闻源时想到了这个问题，以前我订阅的是新浪的，但是经过这次奶粉事件后，我开始不再相信那些大的媒体，我更相信像Digg、个人博客那样的源了。
