I would suggest to proceed translating "components" instead of "chapters".
I mean, it's not so useful to have Zend_Config_Ini translated without Zend_Config overview. :)
I
would suggest to start with Zend_Config to take confidence as we
discussed before (or better would be a single file component such as
Zend_Registry or one with a small set such as Zend_Acl) then we can
move on the core components:
* Zend_Controller
* Zend_Db
* Zend_View
Don't forget to update
