Capture on a PDA

Has anybody successfully run Capture on any handheld unit?  
Including the viewfinder?

It would require the PDA to act as a USB host, and this should be
possible at least with some PDA+Linux combinations, if I correctly
understand what my friends are telling me.

One application would be to mount the camera on a mast, while
controlling settings, zoom, and shutter from the ground.  If the
mast is taller than 5 metres, this would also require an
intermediate USB hub, which will have to be powered somehow.  
Most PDAs, even if they can act as a USB host, would find it hard
to provide power to a hub.

Or is there any similar program that runs on PalmOS or PocketPC?

sorry, i have no experience with this and to my knowledge, no one tried
it with capture.
