Can't load default MDR repository

Hello,

I am getting null in MDRManagerImpl when trying to locate storage folder:

repFolder =
Repository.getDefault().getDefaultFileSystem().getRoot().getFileObject(FOLDER_REPOSITORY);

Can someone help me to solve this problem?
