CVS rlog issue

Hi,

I am very new to CVS. Today i am trying to see the entire tags for one of my modules, but it is failed to help me out. i am using :-

cvs rlog -h modulename/.filename (like cvs rlog -h inder/.project) i am using .project

It shows me all the tags expect that i create today.

If i use cvs rlog -h modulename

then it shows me. But it is very cumbersum. Can somebody please expain why i am not able to see with the first command while before that it is working very fine and i was getting valid response. and what option i need to use, to get valid output from first command
