CGI::Session module problem

HI to all
I need help about this problem
 
i had install koha 3 RC1 on ubuntu 8.04 LTS and install all of debian.package on system all of that ok
and every thing ok
when open browser and open (127.0.1.1:80) opac already open but when open (127.0.1.1:8080)
the intranet did not open and i get error fetal error
when open  koha kog error i get the error
Koha.systempreferences table not ok
i notice that module CGI::Session not ok on some tests when install it when test g4 db mysql
can not connecting with database and i get message prefix database on DBI::mysql::Db and i try to install module DBI::mysql again but i get the module up to date
 
please if any body knoew solve to this problem please help me
